"The first step we can take at this agency is for taskforces to stop reporting on paper and start doing it on a tablet, directly in the application. Not because we are against paper but because it lends itself so that its reports are not so accurate, everything is filled out by hand and that means that whoever receives the information must understand each letter of the report and then make a new report.

These reports can be made electronically so that everyone involved in the process has access to the data in real time and also whoever has the app on their cell phone, has access to the information.”
